Gratuated in Human Resources Management from UQÀM and fluently bilingual, Dana has more than ten years of experience in recruitment with several companies. As a Talent Attraction and Retention Consultant, she plays a strategic role in helping companies prioritize their needs and find innovative human capital solutions.

She has worked in different sectors such as: telecommunications, pharmaceutical, aeronautical and automotive parts distribution. During her career, she has taken part in several recruitment projects and has developed a strong expertise in developing talent acquisition strategies for complex positions. She also knows how to adapt to changes, market realities and she also has implemented several campaigns to build employer brands.

Dana comes from a family of entrepreneurs and understands the reality of small and medium-sized businesses in relation to major human resources issues. Her dynamic personality, sense of autonomy and great interpersonal skills will allow her to quickly gain the trust of her clients and allow them to benefit from her expertise.
