The objective of the Access to Government Procurement Program is to provide entrepreneurs and businesses in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region with the tools they need to access government procurement contracts for the first time.

Information

  • Have read the MEIE guide: Accessing public procurement for the first time (in French)
  • Commit to a basic account on SEAO ($6.95/month)
  • Demonstrate interest and ability to conduct a bidding process. (A process can take up to 20 hours for a single bid, with no guarantee of success.)
  • Desire and ability to secure contracts in excess of $133,800 (services) and $34,400 (goods).
  • 50% of eligible fees for accompaniment (by an external expert or resource person) for submission to a public call for tenders, up to a maximum of $2,500 per company.

Supporting documents

  • Copy of the bid submitted for the call for tenders
  • Reimbursement on presentation of fee invoices and proof of payment after submission of bid
  • Salaries of internal company employees
  • Companies that have submitted a tender within the last five years
