With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Management, where Carl specialized in the municipal sector, and as a new citizen of Saint-Clet since 2022, he soon decided to put his knowledge and skills at the service of his new community.

Having previously worked with entrepreneurs in the banking field, he has developed an extensive awareness of their reality and businesses. His analytical skills and critical thinking will be very useful in his role as a business analyst for DEV.
