Our team

Charlotte joined the Territorial Development team in early 2025. She holds an MBA from Toulouse Business School in France, and has also studied in the UK and Central America, giving her a keen understanding of economic and business issues.

In Quebec, she has many years’ experience in the transportation industry, retail and entrepreneurship. Since 2021, she has held the role of commercial development commissioner for the borough of LaSalle, mandated by PME MTL Grand Sud-Ouest. She has accompanied numerous entrepreneurs in the implementation of strategic projects and worked in collaboration with both public and private players.

As a resident of the MRC and driven by the desire to actively contribute to the vitality of our region, Charlotte is convinced that economic development plays a central role in the prosperity of our communities.
