Our team

Gabriel joined the DEV team at the beginning of July 2025 as Advisor, Planning and Regional Development. He will play a central role in the development of DEV’s organizational intelligence, and will be responsible for strategic intelligence, data analysis and the drafting of structuring documents to support strategic decision-making.

After completing a DEC in human sciences – business profile at John Abbott College, Gabriel pursued university studies in demography. With a Master’s degree, he has worked for the past four years at Statistics Canada. He also gained experience during his studies in the urban planning department of Ville de Saint-Lazare. Native of the region, he has a keen interest in its development. He specializes in the analysis of socio-economic indicators to better understand the dynamics influencing the territory.
