With a degree in finance, this Coteau-du-Lac resident has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. He has also worked for a private firm providing consulting services for small and medium-size enterprises. From 2013 to 2018, Joël served as a development, financing and strategic planning advisor at the CLD Beauharnois-Salaberry, where he was promoted to acting Executive Director in March 2018. His ability to analyze and understand the challenges specific to small and medium-size enterprises, his knowledge of the region’s socioeconomic profile and the business opportunities it offers, as well as his experience in agriculture and local economic development, are all major assets for DEV. With Joël on the team, entrepreneurs can count on solid, expert guidance at all stages of their business project.
