Graduated from the École supérieure de commerce de Poitiers and holder of a Master’s degree in Finance from the Université de Sherbrooke, Luc brings to DEV more than twenty years of experience in local and regional development.

Very involved in Vaudreuil-Soulanges, he has actively participated in the establishment, maintenance or consolidation of businesses throughout the MRC. The expertise he has developed in recent years in land use planning at the City of Rigaud is definitely an asset in the realization of his mandates and allows DEV to continue its work alongside cities and municipalities to maximize the economic benefits in their community.
