Lyne holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal and has more than 30 years of business experience. Over the course of her career, she has held numerous management positions, many of which internationally. She has an eloquent track record in managing manufacturing operations, human resources, supply chains, logistics, distribution networks, sales, customer service and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and business processes. She is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has been involved in several organizational and technological transformation projects. In her role as an advisor, Lyne uses her expertise and knowledge to support local entrepreneurs in their quest for tools and solutions to improve the performance of their organization.
